Due to the custom nature of our development services, refunds are typically only available under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Web Development Services

Custom Development Projects

For custom web development projects, the following refund terms apply:

  • Before Project Commencement: 100% refund if cancellation occurs before any work has begun
  • During Development: Partial refund based on work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee
  • After Delivery: No refunds after final delivery and acceptance of the project

Subscription Services

For ongoing services like website maintenance and hosting:

  • Monthly Plans: Prorated refund for unused portion of the current billing period
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refund minus a 10% early termination fee

Mobile App Development

Custom Mobile Applications

Refund terms for mobile app development projects:

  • Discovery Phase: 80% refund if cancelled during requirements gathering phase
  • Development Phase: 50% refund if cancelled before beta delivery
  • Post-Launch: No refunds after app submission to app stores

App Store Rejections

If your application is rejected by Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • We will make necessary changes at no additional cost to comply with store guidelines
  • No refunds will be issued for store rejections unless caused by our gross negligence

Cloud Services

Cloud Migration Services

For cloud migration and setup services:

  • Before Migration: 90% refund if cancelled before data transfer begins
  • During Migration: 50% refund if cancelled during active migration
  • Post-Migration: No refunds after successful migration completion

Cloud Hosting Plans

For our managed cloud hosting services:

  • First 30 Days: Full refund if cancelled within first 30 days
  • After 30 Days: Prorated refund for unused months
  • Dedicated Servers: No refunds for dedicated server plans

Digital Products

Templates and Themes

For our pre-built website templates and themes:

  • Unused Purchases: Full refund within 14 days if product hasn't been downloaded
  • Downloaded Products: No refunds after download unless defective
  • Defective Products: We will replace or refund defective files

Software Licenses

For our proprietary software products:

  • First 30 Days: Full refund if software hasn't been activated
  • After Activation: No refunds unless software is non-functional
  • Subscription Licenses: Prorated refund for unused time

As a last resort, legal proceedings may be initiated
